How to Use	Shake well before use. Apply liberally and spread by hand 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, at least every 2 hours. Precautions: For external use only. Avoid eye contact. Use only as directed. Keep out of reach of children. This is not a self tanner, it's a tanning accelerator. If any irritation occurs, stop use and consult your physician.
