How to Use	Place the coldHER pads with the Phase Change Material (hard white side) facing your skin where cooling is most needed (i.e. chest, nipples, underarm). The Phase Change Material will gradually liquefy as heat is being transferred from your skin to the pad. Once the Phase Change Material is completely liquid or no longer providing cooling relief, remove the pads and allow them to harden again at room temperature. Depending on the temperature of the room, it may take between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once hard, you may reuse again, and again, and again. For extra cold relief, or to speed up the hardening process, the pads may be refrigerated.
