How to Use	Pre-lighten hair to the required level before applying toner. Mix 1 part WELLA Colorcharm Permanent Crème Toner with 2 parts 10 volume WELLA Colorcharm cream developer. (sold separately) Apply to towel dried hair and develop for 10-20 minutes, checking frequently for desired result.
