How to Use	Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water. Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine. Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.
