How to Use	For a Saturated Bold Matte Lip: * Prep and exfoliate lips for a smooth base. * Sharpen pencil for a precise edge and outline your desired lip shape. * Fill in lips, starting from the center and gliding outwards for full coverage. For a Blurred, Soft-Focus Matte Lip: * Exfoliate lips and apply concealer to neutralize lip tone. * Apply color from the pencil starting at the mouth's center, moving outward. * Softly diffuse edges with a finger or flat shadow brush for a gradient look.
