How to Use	Comb brows with Ulta Beauty Collection's Dual Ended Brow Brush #178. Use angled tip to apply an outline onto the brow or lightly draw upward strokes to mimic hairs. Fill in brow with pressure. To finish, comb through brows with a clean spoolie to remove excess product.
