How to Use	* grippy CAKES™ are designed to provide shape and seamless coverage under your favorite form-fitting clothes, workout tops and swimwear. * STEP 1: Remove CAKES from their packaging and save for later storage. * STEP 2: Place each cover directly on your skin underneath a snug top. We recommend getting dressed first, then inserting your CAKES. * STEP 3: Cup your CAKES over the center of each breast (shiny side down) and hold in place for 5 seconds. Your body's natural heat will warm and mold your CAKES seamlessly to your shape. * STEP 4: Wash and Care: Rinse with warm water, and pat dry. If you feel you need a deeper clean, let soak in warm water.
