How to Use	Curl lashes with Ulta Beauty Collection's Japanese Eyelash Curler, then apply two to three coats of mascara, allowing lashes to dry between coats. To remove, use warm water and light pressure. Pro tip: Gently wiggle wand back and forth at base of lashes to maximize volume at the lash root. Precautions: Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
