How to Use	Prep lips with Prep + Prime Lip Primer before applying lipglass lip gloss. Apply lip gloss using the doe-foot applicator. For fuller-looking lips, concentrate Lipglass Lip Gloss in the center of lips. Apply on top of lipstick to add a high-shine effect with intense color.
