How to Use	Smooth, Blur, Bake! Use any Loose Baking Powder as the last step in your routine, after you have applied all your cream products. First set and remove unwanted shine by dusting a small amount around your T-zone with a brush. To bake, use a powder puff or sponge to lightly press and evenly distribute powder under the eyes or to highlight points of the face.
