How to Use	1. Color using the highlighter/primer base over the entire lid. 2. Draw along the crease with a deeper shade. Smudge to soften with fingers, sponge or brush. 3. Draw a line on the upper, lower or inner eye with the darker color. Smudge to soften look. 4. Bat those beauties.
