How to Use	1. Wash and completely dry hands prior to use 2. Place strip on upper teeth just below the gum line 3. Gently press strip onto natrually moistened teeth until sealed in place. If strip does not adhere, continue to moisten teeth with tongue before reapplying strip with dry fingers. Fold any excess strip behind teeth. 4. Repeat for lower teeth. 5.
