How to Use	Start by opening the envelope and removing the teeth-cleaning finger wipe. Extend your index finger and slip the wipe onto it with the brush side facing up, ensuring the longer side is positioned toward your teeth. Gently wipe the surface of your teeth using the longer side to clean and freshen your smile. Once finished, remove the wipe from your finger and dispose of it properly. After thoroughly brushing your teeth to prepare for the whitening treatment. Apply 0.5 ml of teeth whitening gel to each side of the mouth guard, ensuring even coverage.
