How to Use	Start with dry/styled hair. Load up small end of the brush. Pull hair flat and taught against your head, then press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out. Do not use sweeping motion. Apply more powder as needed. Use same technique to fill in hairlines or extend highlights.
