How to Use	Start by breaking off about 18 inches of floss and wrapping most of it around one of your middle fingers, winding the rest around the opposite middle finger for control. Hold the floss tightly between your thumbs and forefingers, then gently guide it between your teeth using a soft rubbing motion. Curve the floss around each tooth and gently move it up and down, following the shape of the tooth to effectively remove plaque.
