How to Use	Step 01: Using spoolie, brush brows up to show any sparse areas + comb hairs into place. Step 02: Fill in brows with hair-like strokes using eyebrow pencil. Start at the inner corner of brows to lightly define this area, moving into the arch of brows to add more pigment and thickness. Step 03: Use the spoolie again to blend color into brow hairs for all-day, strong hold.
