How to Use	1. Hold the eyebrow pen upside down for fifteen seconds and shake well to saturate the tip. 2. Flick the brow pen upward to create thin strokes and fill in sparse areas. Apply more pressure for deeper pigment. 3. Replace cap quickly after use.
